Entrar a Ejecutar (Windows + R) Escribir REGEDIT Navegar hasta HKEYCURRENTUSERControl PanelDesktop. Cambiar el Valor de FeedbackToolEnabled de 3 a 0. Reiniciar y listo!!!

y para quitar la marca de agua aqui esta la solucion
